Solar System Proposal

2-3 working days from initial inquiry

So you have made an inquiry about solar panels for you home, but what happens next? Depending on if you called our office, or filled out our in-depth questionnaire, we will call you to obtain any extra details we need to put together an informed proposal. This document will give you up to 3 solar system options that will fit your needs and budget. This proposal will go through how solar energy will benefit you, your expected Return on Investment and the pricing of each system, before and after any eligible STC discounts. Our Managing Director, Dean, will come out to your home to discuss these options with you, and answer any questions you have.

Your Quote Approval

The quotes within your proposal are valid for 60 days

After you have gone through the options with Dean we allow you time to determine if Always Solar is a good fit for you. Choosing solar power is a big decision and we don’t believe in pressuring you with special one-time-only deals to sign you up on the spot. You will have access to a digital portal with your proposal and options, and from there you will be able to view the options and select the system that is right for you. Once you are ready, all you have to do is sign off on your selected system and we will be notified that you are ready to go ahead. At this point we will issue an invoice for a 10% deposit in order to secure your order.

Energy Applications

3-5 working days from Approval

Once we have received confirmation of your approval, we will request a copy of your latest Synergy bill. We will need both pages 1 and 2, in order to have all the details we need to lodge the Synergy and Western Power applications for your installation approval. Have you just moved into your home and don’t have a current Synergy bill for your address? No problems! All we will need you to do is call Synergy and obtain some information for us. We will tell you all details we will need, so just let us know if you are in this situation. If you have a standard install for your home we will receive an approval within 3 – 5 working days.

Solar System Installation

1-2 weeks from Application Approvals

Depending on your availability and our schedule, we aim to have your solar panels installed and your solar system commissioned within 2 weeks from approval. Are there particular days or dates that work best for you? Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this! Solar Installations will generally take 1 full day of work at your house. Our Solar Installation Team will be at your home between 7:00 am and 7:30 am, and power will generally need to be off for approximately 2 hours during the middle of the day. After the system is commissioned at the end of the day, Jackson, our head installer, will walk you through the different elements and explain how your new solar system works.
